| 中方歡迎歐盟國(guó)家金融機(jī)構(gòu)在符合中國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)要求的前提下來(lái)華開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)。中方鼓勵(lì)中國(guó)證券經(jīng)營(yíng)機(jī)構(gòu)在條件成熟時(shí)進(jìn)入歐盟證券市場(chǎng)，同時(shí)積極支持中國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)入歐盟證券市場(chǎng)融資。希望歐盟國(guó)家積極對(duì)中國(guó)金融業(yè)開(kāi)放市場(chǎng)，對(duì)中國(guó)金融機(jī)構(gòu)在歐盟申請(qǐng)?jiān)O(shè)立機(jī)構(gòu)、開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)予以支持。 | China welcomes financial institutions from EU member states to start business in China under relevant Chinese laws and regulations. China encourages Chinese securities institutions to enter the EU securities market when conditions are ripe and actively supports Chinese enterprises to get finance from the EU securities market. China hopes EU member states will actively open their markets to the Chinese financial sector and support Chinese financial institutions in setting up branches and doing business in the EU. |

| 中國(guó)高度重視歐洲投資銀行在推動(dòng)歐洲一體化、歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇及應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化方面的積極作用，愿進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與歐洲投資銀行在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化、生態(tài)文明建設(shè)及促進(jìn)中歐相互投資和金融領(lǐng)域的雙向互利合作。 | China attaches great importance to the role that the European Investment Bank (EIB) plays in promoting European integration, economic recovery and efforts to address climate change and is willing to further strengthen two-way win-win cooperation with the EIB in tackling climate change, pursuing ecological progress, promoting mutual investment and cooperation in the field of finance. |
