| 歐盟是中國走和平發(fā)展道路，推動(dòng)世界多極化的重要戰(zhàn)略伙伴，是中國實(shí)現(xiàn)“新四化”和“兩個(gè)一百年”奮斗目標(biāo)的重要合作對(duì)象。加強(qiáng)與發(fā)展中歐關(guān)系是中國推動(dòng)建立長期穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的新型大國關(guān)系的重要組成部分，是中國外交政策的優(yōu)先方向之一。中國政府重視歐盟的地位與作用，致力于同歐盟及其成員國一道，在中國全面深化改革和歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇的進(jìn)程中，全面落實(shí)《中歐合作2020戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃》，打造“和平、增長、改革、文明”四大伙伴關(guān)系，進(jìn)一步提升中歐關(guān)系的全球影響力。 | The EU is China's important strategic partner in China's efforts to pursue peaceful development and multi-polarity of the world and a key party that China can work with to achieve industrialization, urbanization, IT application and agricultural modernization as well as its "two centenary goals". To grow China-EU relations is an integral part of China's efforts to build long-term, steady and healthy relations with major powers and a priority in its foreign policy. The Chinese government places high importance on the status and role of the EU, and is committed to working with the EU and its member states to fully implement the China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation in the course of comprehensive deepening of reform in China and economic recovery in Europe, build partnerships for peace, growth, reform and civilization and further increase the global impact of China-EU relations. |

| ——中歐文明伙伴關(guān)系：中國愿與歐盟一道，將東西方兩大文明更緊密結(jié)合起來，樹立不同文明和而不同、多元一體、互鑒互學(xué)、共同繁榮的典范。 | - China-EU partnership for civilization: China stands ready to work with the EU to bring the two major civilizations in the East and West closer and set an example of different civilizations seeking harmony without uniformity, promoting diversity, learning from each other and enjoying common prosperity. |
| 由于歷史文化傳統(tǒng)、政治制度和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段的差異，以及近年來中歐相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭的增加，雙方在人權(quán)等意識(shí)形態(tài)問題和經(jīng)貿(mào)等發(fā)展問題上存在分歧與摩擦。中方主張并將推動(dòng)歐盟同中方一道，本著平等相待和相互尊重的精神，通過對(duì)話，妥善處理。 | Given the differences in history, cultural tradition, political system and stage of economic development as well as the increasing competition between China and the EU in some sectors in recent years, the two sides have disagreements and frictions on issues of value such as human rights as well as economic and trade issues. China believes that these issues should be properly handled through dialogue in the spirit of equality and mutual respect and encourages the EU to move in the same direction. |
