Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), established in 2000, is the result of the merging of the former Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tongji Medical University and Wuhan Urban Construction Institute. Located in Wuhan, the capital city of Hubei Province, the university boasts a picturesque campus, scientific and technological research, pivotal education reform, and competitive students. It offers 11 disciplines and a variety of degree programs, including 86 undergraduate programs, 303 graduate programs and 237 PhD programs.
