目前，我國地鐵的造價(jià)一般在每公里4到5個(gè)億之間，有的甚至7個(gè)億。這就大大提升了地鐵的運(yùn)營成本，為了維持地鐵運(yùn)營，只能加大政府投入和提高票價(jià)，由此很多老百姓坐不起地鐵，就可能導(dǎo)致整個(gè)地鐵運(yùn)營的失敗。有的城市每年都要為此付出十幾億的財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼才能維持地鐵的正常運(yùn)營。
