Organizational Line of the CPC for the New Era
The Party has a strong organizational system to exercise overall leadership and fulfill its work. The Party's strength is redoubled when individual Party members are equipped with revolutionary ideals and iron discipline to form a close-knit organizational system. This is also where the strengths of a Marxist party lie.
The CPC is built according to Marxism. It takes democratic centralism as the fundamental organizational system and leadership system and rallies the working class and the progressive members of the Chinese nation to establish a scientific, close-knit organizational system composed of central, local and primary-level organizations, thus forming a strong force to organize, mobilize, and carry out initiatives.
The Party's organizational line for the new era is:
? to fully implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;
? to focus on improving the organizational system to train high-caliber officials who are committed to the Party, clean, and responsible and to bring together patriotic and dedicated talents from all fields;
??to select officials on the basis of both moral integrity and ability, with greater weight given to integrity, and on the basis of merit, so as to provide a strong organizational guarantee for upholding and strengthening the Party's overall leadership and upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.
The organizational line defines the guiding thought, principles, plans, goals, tasks, and values for consolidating the Party's organizations. This line embraces the organizational system and the contingent of officials and other talents in a well-conceived way to form an integrated whole. This helps improve Party organizations and increase efficiency.
新時(shí)代黨的組織路線
黨的力量來自組織。黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、黨的全部工作要靠黨的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)組織體系去實(shí)現(xiàn)。把分散的個(gè)體用革命理想和鐵的紀(jì)律組織起來，形成嚴(yán)密組織體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)力量倍增，是馬克思主義政黨的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在、力量所在。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨按照馬克思主義建黨，以民主集中制為根本組織制度和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制度，集中中國(guó)工人階級(jí)和中國(guó)人民、中華民族的先進(jìn)分子，建立了由黨的中央組織、地方組織和基層組織構(gòu)成的科學(xué)嚴(yán)密的組織體系，形成了強(qiáng)大的組織動(dòng)員力和執(zhí)行力。
新時(shí)代黨的組織路線是：全面貫徹習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想，以組織體系建設(shè)為重點(diǎn)，著力培養(yǎng)忠誠(chéng)干凈擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)母咚刭|(zhì)干部，著力集聚愛國(guó)奉獻(xiàn)的各方面優(yōu)秀人才，堅(jiān)持德才兼?zhèn)洹⒁缘聻橄取⑷稳宋ㄙt，為堅(jiān)持和加強(qiáng)黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、堅(jiān)持和發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義提供堅(jiān)強(qiáng)組織保證。
新時(shí)代黨的組織路線規(guī)定了組織建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)思想、方針原則、工作布局、目標(biāo)任務(wù)、價(jià)值取向。這一路線實(shí)現(xiàn)了組織建設(shè)各要素的有機(jī)集成，把組織體系、干部隊(duì)伍、人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容都納入其中，構(gòu)成了一個(gè)要素完備、內(nèi)在統(tǒng)一的整體，有利于指導(dǎo)全黨系統(tǒng)推進(jìn)組織建設(shè)，全面提高組織建設(shè)效能。
