People's Organizations
People's organizations are like bridges and bonds that link the CPC and the Chinese government with the people. They are an important force in modernizing China's governance system and capacity. Their close ties with the people are their basic feature, and serving the people is their duty.
The people's organizations are a part of the cause of the Party. Relevant work is routine in the Party's governance, which is also an effective instrument for the Party to organize and mobilize the general public to fulfill its central task. Throughout China's history of revolution, development, and reform, the trade unions, Communist Youth League organizations, women's federations, and other people's organizations have played an active role under the CPC leadership and made significant contributions to the cause of the Party and the people.
By November 2022, there were 22 people's organizations recognized by the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform. They were:

? Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China;
? All-China Women's Federation;
? China Federation of Literary and Art Circles;
? China Writers Association;
? China Association for Science and Technology;
? All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese;
? China Law Society;
? Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries;
? All-China Journalists Association;
? All-China Federation of Taiwan Compatriots;
? China Council for the Promotion of International Trade;
? China Disabled Persons' Federation;
??National Office of the Red Cross Society of China;
? Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs;
? China Soong Ching Ling Foundation;
? Alumni Association of the Huangpu Military Academy;
? Western Returned Scholars Association;
? Chinese Association for Cultural Construction;
? China Vocational Education Association;
? All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce;
? China Family Planning Association.
群團組織
群團組織是“群眾性團體組織”的簡稱，是中國共產(chǎn)黨和中國政府聯(lián)系人民群眾的橋梁和紐帶，是推進國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的重要力量。群眾性是群團組織的根本特點，服務(wù)群眾是群團組織的職責(zé)。
群團事業(yè)是黨的事業(yè)的重要組成部分，黨的群團工作是黨治國理政的一項經(jīng)常性、基礎(chǔ)性工作，是黨組織動員廣大人民群眾為完成黨的中心任務(wù)而奮斗的重要法寶。在革命、建設(shè)、改革各個歷史時期，在黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，工會、共青團、婦聯(lián)等群團組織積極發(fā)揮作用，為黨和人民事業(yè)發(fā)展作出了重大貢獻。
截至2022年11月，由中央機構(gòu)編制委員會辦公室管理機構(gòu)編制的群眾團體機關(guān)包括22家，即中華全國總工會、中國共產(chǎn)主義青年團中央委員會、中華全國婦女聯(lián)合會、中國文學(xué)藝術(shù)界聯(lián)合會、中國作家協(xié)會、中國科學(xué)技術(shù)協(xié)會、中華全國歸國華僑聯(lián)合會、中國法學(xué)會、中國人民對外友好協(xié)會、中華全國新聞工作者協(xié)會、中華全國臺灣同胞聯(lián)誼會、中國國際貿(mào)易促進委員會、中國殘疾人聯(lián)合會、中國紅十字會總會、中國人民外交學(xué)會、中國宋慶齡基金會、黃埔軍校同學(xué)會、歐美同學(xué)會、中國思想政治工作研究會、中華職業(yè)教育社、中華全國工商業(yè)聯(lián)合會和中國計劃生育協(xié)會。
