| 2000多年前，亞歐大陸上勤勞勇敢的人民，探索出多條連接亞歐非幾大文明的貿(mào)易和人文交流通路，后人將其統(tǒng)稱為“絲綢之路”。千百年來(lái)，“和平合作、開(kāi)放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏”的絲綢之路精神薪火相傳，推進(jìn)了人類文明進(jìn)步，是促進(jìn)沿線各國(guó)繁榮發(fā)展的重要紐帶，是東西方交流合作的象征，是世界各國(guó)共有的歷史文化遺產(chǎn)。 | More than two millennia ago the diligent and courageous people of Eurasia explored and opened up several routes of trade and cultural exchanges that linked the major civilizations of Asia, Europe and Africa, collectively called the Silk Road by later generations. For thousands of years, the Silk Road Spirit - "peace and cooperation, openness and inclusiveness, mutual learning and mutual benefit" - has been passed from generation to generation, promoted the progress of human civilization, and contributed greatly to the prosperity and development of the countries along the Silk Road. Symbolizing communication and cooperation between the East and the West, the Silk Road Spirit is a historic and cultural heritage shared by all countries around the world. |

| 2013年9月和10月，中國(guó)國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平在出訪中亞和東南亞國(guó)家期間，先后提出共建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”和“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“一帶一路”）的重大倡議，得到國(guó)際社會(huì)高度關(guān)注。中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)參加2013年中國(guó)－東盟博覽會(huì)時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，鋪就面向東盟的海上絲綢之路，打造帶動(dòng)腹地發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略支點(diǎn)。加快“一帶一路”建設(shè)，有利于促進(jìn)沿線各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作，加強(qiáng)不同文明交流互鑒，促進(jìn)世界和平發(fā)展，是一項(xiàng)造福世界各國(guó)人民的偉大事業(yè)。 | When Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Central Asia and Southeast Asia in September and October of 2013, he raised the initiative of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road (hereinafter referred to as the Belt and Road), which have attracted close attention from all over the world. At the China-ASEAN Expo in 2013, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang emphasized the need to build the Maritime Silk Road oriented towards ASEAN, and to create strategic propellers for hinterland development. Accelerating the building of the Belt and Road can help promote the economic prosperity of the countries along the Belt and Road and regional economic cooperation, strengthen exchanges and mutual learning between different civilizations, and promote world peace and development. It is a great undertaking that will benefit people around the world. |
| “一帶一路”建設(shè)是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程，要堅(jiān)持共商、共建、共享原則，積極推進(jìn)沿線國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的相互對(duì)接。為推進(jìn)實(shí)施“一帶一路”重大倡議，讓古絲綢之路煥發(fā)新的生機(jī)活力，以新的形式使亞歐非各國(guó)聯(lián)系更加緊密，互利合作邁向新的歷史高度，中國(guó)政府特制定并發(fā)布《推動(dòng)共建絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶和21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動(dòng)》。 | The Belt and Road Initiative is a systematic project, which should be jointly built through consultation to meet the interests of all, and efforts should be made to integrate the development strategies of the countries along the Belt and Road. The Chinese government has drafted and published the Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road to promote the implementation of the Initiative, instill vigor and vitality into the ancient Silk Road, connect Asian, European and African countries more closely and promote mutually beneficial cooperation to a new high and in new forms. |
