| 共建“一帶一路”是中國的倡議，也是中國與沿線國家的共同愿望。站在新的起點上，中國愿與沿線國家一道，以共建“一帶一路”為契機，平等協商，兼顧各方利益，反映各方訴求，攜手推動更大范圍、更高水平、更深層次的大開放、大交流、大融合。“一帶一路”建設是開放的、包容的，歡迎世界各國和國際、地區組織積極參與。 | Though proposed by China, the Belt and Road Initiative is a common aspiration of all countries along their routes. China is ready to conduct equal-footed consultation with all countries along the Belt and Road to seize the opportunity provided by the Initiative, promote opening-up, communication and integration among countries in a larger scope, with higher standards and at deeper levels, while giving consideration to the interests and aspirations of all parties. The development of the Belt and Road is open and inclusive, and we welcome the active participation of all countries and international and regional organizations in this Initiative. |
| 共建“一帶一路”的途徑是以目標協調、政策溝通為主，不刻意追求一致性，可高度靈活，富有彈性，是多元開放的合作進程。中國愿與沿線國家一道，不斷充實完善“一帶一路”的合作內容和方式，共同制定時間表、路線圖，積極對接沿線國家發展和區域合作規劃。 | The development of the Belt and Road should mainly be conducted through policy communication and objectives coordination. It is a pluralistic and open process of cooperation which can be highly flexible, and does not seek conformity. China will join other countries along the Belt and Road to substantiate and improve the content and mode of the Belt and Road cooperation, work out relevant timetables and roadmaps, and align national development programs and regional cooperation plans. |
| 中國愿與沿線國家一道，在既有雙多邊和區域次區域合作機制框架下，通過合作研究、論壇展會、人員培訓、交流訪問等多種形式，促進沿線國家對共建“一帶一路”內涵、目標、任務等方面的進一步理解和認同。 | China will work with countries along the Belt and Road to carry out joint research, forums and fairs, personnel training, exchanges and visits under the framework of existing bilateral, multilateral, regional and sub-regional cooperation mechanisms, so that they will gain a better understanding and recognition of the contents, objectives and tasks of the Belt and Road Initiative. |
| 中國愿與沿線國家一道，穩步推進示范項目建設，共同確定一批能夠照顧雙多邊利益的項目，對各方認可、條件成熟的項目抓緊啟動實施，爭取早日開花結果。 | China will work with countries along the Belt and Road to steadily advance demonstration projects, jointly identify programs that accommodate bilateral and multilateral interests, and accelerate the launching of programs that are agreed upon by parties and ready for implementation, so as to ensure early harvest. |
| “一帶一路”是一條互尊互信之路，一條合作共贏之路，一條文明互鑒之路。只要沿線各國和衷共濟、相向而行，就一定能夠譜寫建設絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路的新篇章，讓沿線各國人民共享“一帶一路”共建成果。 | The Belt and Road cooperation features mutual respect and trust, mutual benefit and win-win cooperation, and mutual learning between civilizations. As long as all countries along the Belt and Road make concerted efforts to pursue our common goal, there will be bright prospects for the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road, and the people of countries along the Belt and Road can all benefit from this Initiative. |
