Mi Zhongyi is a worker at Transmission Equipment Company of Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd. in Shenyang. He has devoted himself to the work when he first joined the company in 1983. Years of practice and study have turned him into a senior technician. A dozen of his apprentices have also grown into technical experts in the company. Mi is not only a master in technique, but also an innovator at work. His designs for processing crafts have contributed to the research and development of new products. Mi says that workers' attention to details provides the foundation for innovation.
