China's Nuclear Policy
China is always committed to a nuclear policy of no first use of nuclear weapons at any time and under any circumstances, and unconditionally no use of or threat to use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear-weapon states or nuclear-weapon-free zones. China advocates the ultimate complete prohibition and destruction of nuclear weapons, does not engage in any nuclear arms race with any other country, and keeps its nuclear capabilities at the minimum level required for national security. China’s nuclear strategy focuses on self-defense, and aims to ensure the strategic security of the country by deterring the potential threat or use of nuclear weapons by others against China.
中國(guó)的核政策
中國(guó)始終奉行在任何時(shí)候和任何情況下都不首先使用核武器、無(wú)條件不對(duì)無(wú)核武器國(guó)家和無(wú)核武器區(qū)使用或威脅使用核武器的核政策，主張最終全面禁止和徹底銷(xiāo)毀核武器，不會(huì)與任何國(guó)家進(jìn)行核軍備競(jìng)賽，始終把自身核力量維持在國(guó)家安全需要的最低水平。中國(guó)堅(jiān)持自衛(wèi)防御核戰(zhàn)略，目的是遏制他國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)使用或威脅使用核武器，確保國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略安全。
