TUNIS, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Tunisian security forces have dismantled a drug trafficking network active in the eastern coastal province of Monastir, arresting six individuals, the General Directorate of National Security said Tuesday.
The suspects were arrested in the town of Ksar Hellal for alleged involvement in drug trafficking and consumption, according to a statement posted on Facebook.
During the operation, 11 bags of cocaine and a quantity of narcotic pills were discovered in a warehouse.
The statement didn't specify the exact timing of the operation or reveal the identity of the suspects.
