Changes that Asia has experienced for the last years, guided to many political and economic formations that are both regional and cultural dimensions.

The maritime Silk Road was a conduit for trade and cultural exchange between China's south-eastern coastal areas and foreign countries. There were two major routes: the East China Sea Silk Route and the South China Sea Silk Route. China's 21st Century Maritime Silk Road initiative will bring more business opportunities.

Throughout the history, Silk Road was a trade and interaction Canal that goods, people and ideas can be transported between East and West. During the centuries, it was active as a major axis of the world economy. Yet today, we see that under the guidance of China, a project regarding the regeneration of Silk Road in a proper shape to the circumstances and facilities of 21st century has been done. This Project foresees creating a new economic belt between Europe and Asia and in this respect it has importance for the global economy. At the same time, this project is a vital importance in terms of geo-economic and geopolitical targets.

In addition to this, New Silk Road is identified as 'an economic cooperation area that will provide new opportunities and new future for the Chine and all the other countries situated in that road'.

The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road will increase trust and regional peace and stability as well as the culture and constitute a community of interest with political mutual trust, integrated economies and inter-dependence. Also in order to look to the world from the side of multi-polarization, multiculturalism, economic globalization and balancing of cooperation.

In other words, the Maritime Silk Road will extend from Asia to the Middle East, East Africa and Europe. Through maritime connectivity, economic, cultural cooperation creating the Maritime Silk Road will draw together China's ports with other countries.

Hence, in a near future there is no obstacle for the Maritime Silk Road freedom of movement, ideas, goods and capital without path of commerce, peace and stability.

21st Century Maritime Silk Road, that brings together the countries which are the cradle of civilization, also named ''As a Way of Dialogue between East and West'' because it intensifies the economic and commerce contacts.

This geography is multi-cultural and multi-religious. Occurring with the help of this richness, maritime Silk Road civilization has not collapsed although the heavy changes of era, it succeeded to preserve the essence. Maritime Silk Road is a separate philosophy and a separate bridge which connecting old and new.

Maritime Silk Road is not just an economic way but also a philosophy which consists the spiritual factors.

According to this every nation should display their own structure, diplomacy and culture, and Our duty should work for peace, wealth and stability and also for taking part with our instrument as soon as possible within the opportunities that our historical and geographical rights gave us under the maritime Silk Road collectivity.

"Sleeping lands for hundreds years" now waking up, lands and seas are stirring up once again and new horizons are opening in front of the Maritime Silk Road.

In a very near future, Maritime Silk Road will form a project which people, goods, ideas and capital can move around freely.

In this sense the common aspirations of civilization basin from Asia, Europe and Africa peoples will purified this old geography from tension and the conflicts, along with this it will bring peace and stability.

These people, whom are living in a region where the ocean connects them, are coming together under the target of democracy, the rule of law and in the basis of market economy. Maritime Silk Road will be the history of writing together of this bright future.

In this regard, with the goal of building a harmonious ocean, the proposal rests on opening-up and innovation and aims to achieve "harmony between humans and the ocean, peaceful development, safety and convenience, cooperation and win-win results." Likewise from this point of view, 21st Century Maritime Silk Road will enhance cooperation between China and other countries, increase mutual trust, create a stable environment for cooperation and bring new opportunities for regional stability and prosperity.
