Lao government condemned the terrorists who staged a violent attack in the southwest Chinese city of Kunming, according to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday.

The statement said that the Lao government and people shared sadness with Chinese government and victims' families.

The Lao government believes that all the attackers will receive their punishment by the law.

At least 29 people were confirmed dead and more than 140 others injured in the terrorist attack at the railway station in Kunming on March 1.
