For more on its cause and development, and also on what China's banking sector is doing to cope with the difficulties, we talke with Sir Howard Davies, who's a member of the International Advisory Council of China Banking Regulatory Commission.

Sir Howard Davies is currently in Beijing, attending the annul meeting of the International Advisory Council to the CBRC. This is the 7th of the meeting. He is also the Director of the London School of Economics and Political Science.
