A delegations of Chinese experts on Tibet is visiting Canada with the aim of promoting understanding on the Tibet issue.

The experts met with Canadian lawmakers and representatives of overseas Chinese communities, and briefed them on the history of Tibet, its development since democratic reform and the current situation in the autonomous region.
