Sichuan rural cultural tourism festival to open

The Eighth Sichuan Rural Cultural Tourism Festival will kick off in Wusheng County, Guangan City on March 28.

Jointly sponsored by Sichuan Provincial Tourism Development Committee, the Agricultural Work Unit of CPC Sichuan Committee, Sichuan Provincial Agricultural Department, Guangan People’s Government and Sichuan Tourism Association, the festival features China’s first commercial sitcom themed on rural areas, a photography contest, a poem contest, tea-making performance, among others.
