The 7th Sichuan Rural Cultural Tourism Festival (Winter Session) and 2016 Panzhihua Happy Sunshine Festival kicked off on Dec. 1, 2016 in Miyi County, Panzhihua City of Sichuan Province. During the three-day tourism festival, participants will explore wellness tourism and rural tourism routes in Sichuan, and a seminar on the province's rural tourism development will be held.
