The city of Zhongwei in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has just allocated 71.86 million yuan as financial subsidies to support the construction of West China Cloud Valley, according to the municipal government on April 7.

It is reported that the China Telecom Group will make use of the fund to upgrade the network at the cloud valley so as to promote the China-Arab States Internet connection and the construction of the Ningxia section of Online Silk Road.
