The third railway switch of Lingwu land port logistics park was successfully linked with the main line of Ningdong railway on October 29, meaning that the park now gets access to the national rail way network.

Fang Xuelei, vice managing director of Lingwu land port logistics company said, from now on, goods can be transported to the port of Qingdao where ocean shipping is available and to the port of Khorgas or Alataw pass, Xinjiang which is connected to Central Asia and even Europe.

The overall goal of Lingwu land port logistics park is to build a large-sized modern road hub linked with Central, Eastern and Western regions for railway shipment, information services, commerce and trade circulation. The park is expected to handle up to 5 to 8 milllion tons of cargo each year in 3 years.
