The tourism center of Binhe New Area in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was open to the public on August 15.

Services including consultation, ticket sales, dining, shopping, parking and so on will be offered by the center when tourists pay visits to the new area. In the first half of this year, Binhe New Area received 1.36 million tourists with the Yellow River Bund being the hottest scenic spot.
