分管自治區民委（宗教局,含伊斯蘭教經學院）、公安廳、國家安全廳、司法廳（含監獄管理局、司法警官職業技術學院）、建設廳（含建設職業技術學院）、商務廳、外事辦（僑辦）、質量技術監督局、招商局、人防辦。聯系自治區高級法院、檢察院。

聯系協調自治區伊協、僑聯,銀川海關、出入境檢驗檢疫局、地震局、消防總隊、建設銀行寧夏分行、中國銀行寧夏分行。
