D1: Arrive in Tangkou Town, Huangshan City. Stroll and practice Tai Chi around the Hot Spring Scenic Area of the Mount Huangshan. Take a Mount Huangshan hot spring bathe, acclaimed to be a “famous hot spring under Heaven” by Deng Xiaoping ,the chief architect of China’s reform. Spend the night at a hotel there.

D2: Take a bus to the Mount Huangshan Scenic Area. Take the Yuping Cableway to ascend the mountain. Stroll around near the iconic Guest-Greeting Pine at the Jade Screen Scenic Area. Afterwards, tour the Sky Sea and the Bright Top and take in the amazing sunset. Check in at a mountaintop hotel.

D3: Do your morning exercises and practice your Tai Chi at the Sunken Flower Valley of the North Sea Scenic Area. Breathe freely in the "air vitamin" anion on top of the highest mountain in all of eastern China. Take a break in your hotel room after breakfast, before touring the Shixin Peak. Then descend from the mountain. Take a bus to return to downtown Huangshan. Take a walk along the Tunxi Ancient Street and the Riverside Travel Area along the Xinan River for a good evening workout. Afterwards, you can just return to your hotel.

D4: Practice your Tai Chi early in the morning. Head out to Mount Qibai, one of China’s four most famous Taoist mountains, to experience Taoist culture.

D1: Arrive at Tunxi District in downtown Huangshan. Talk to some veteran practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine about your medical history before setting out on your health-preservation tour. D2: After breakfast, enjoy the great country scenery along the Mountain and River Gallery at Liukou Town, Xiuning County. For lunch, get some meticulously prepared Hui-style medical dishes. Return to downtown Huangshan in the afternoon. Stroll along the Tunxi Ancient Street to experience some authentic Hui culture. For dinner, you will have some especially prepared medical dishes. Discuss your health protection with practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine after dinner. The doctors will keep the tourists company all throughout their tour.

D3: You can get up late and head to the Riverside Travel Area along the Xinan River for a stroll. The fresh air and beautiful scenery will be very invigorating.
