A single-string zither, also a kind of seven-string zither, is on display in Duyi Zither Club in Beijing from November 20 to December 20, 2011. Seven-string zither, or Guqin, is a kind of Chinese musical instrument of the zither family. It has been played since ancient times, and has traditionally been favored by scholars and literati as an instrument of great subtlety and refinement.
