Huangshan is famous for its unique rock formations. They seem to morph into all kinds of images, often resembling humans and animals. Most have been given beautiful names, sometimes related to Chinese legends, such as Monkey watching the Sea, Rooster Crowing at Dawn and Squirrel Jumping into the Heavenly Capital.
