Catch clams and crabs on the beach

Yuetuo Island has pristine sandy beaches with razor clams, small leather shrimp, starfish and many other kinds of sea animals. Visitors can dig for them freely on the beach. Experienced fishermen can identify sea animals from the shape of their holes and are willing to help visitors.

Travel Tips

Driving directions: Drive along the Jingshen Highway and change to Jintang Highway at the Tangshan exit, then get on the Tanggang Highway at the Kaiping exit. The destination is at the end of the Tanggang Highway.

Bus route: Take a coach from Zhaogongkou to Jingtang Harbor and change to a local bus to the Haibin tourist area.

Accommodations price: Little log cabin (A, B or C area): 260 yuan per night

Luxury log cabin (D, E area): 360 yuan or 480 yuan per night

Sea spa: 100 yuan per person
