Newly promoted Bologna beat AC Milan 2-1 yesterday to spoil Ronaldinho's debut in the opening round of the Italian Serie A.
Ronaldinho set up Milan's equalizer with a cross headed in by Massimo Ambrosini in the 41st minute, after Marco Di Vaio had put Bologna ahead in the 18th.
Francesco Valiani sealed the win in the 79th at Milan's San Siro Stadium.
AS Roma only managed a 1-1 draw with Napoli which had 10 men for most of the second half.
Lazio went behind 0-1 and then scored four goals in the last 30 minutes to beat 10-man Cagliari 4-1.
Chievo rallied to defeat Reggina 2-1 with a goal in the 88th by Vincenzo Italiano after the teams traded penalty kicks to make it 1-1.
Reggina has never won in 11 encounters between the two teams at Chievo's home stadium in Verona.
