LeBron James's 29 points and six rebounds for the East won him the MVP of the game.

Houston's Tracy McGrady had a game-high 36 points on 15-of-26 shooting, including 4-of-10 from three-point range, for the West. Yao Ming added 5 points, 2 rebounds and one assist.
