Cuban-American rapper Pitbull joins Jennifer Lopez and Brazil's Claudia Leitte in the official World Cup song released on Tuesday.

The track, "We Are One (Ole, Ola)", features an acoustic guitar and an upbeat rhythm with lyrics promoting peace and unity.

A video-clip filmed in Florida is expected to debut later this month.

Pitbull, Lopez and Leitte will perform the song before the opening World Cup match between Brazil and Croatia in Sao Paulo on June 12.

The official World Cup album, One Love, One Rhythm, also features tracks from Ricky Martin, Santana, Shakira and Bebel Gilberto.

It will be released on May 12, a month before the tournament begins.
