Ivorian superstar Didier Drogba will leave Galatasaray at the end of the season, Turkish media reported Wednesday.

Drogba will probably not extend his contract with Galatasaray at the end of the season, said the Turkish Daily News, adding that the Ivorian centre forward has contacted with two major League Soccer clubs, the Seattle Sounders and the New York Red Bulls.

After being signed on a free transfer from China's Shanghai Shenhua in January 2013, Drogba has quickly gained popularity at Galatasaray, scoring 18 goals in 46 matches. He was also the core player in leading Galatasaray to Turkey's league title last year and qualifying for the Champions League second round this season.
