The Premier Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, featuring the Premier Zhou Enlai Memorial Monument, is located in Shihezi City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The hall is a testimony to Zhou's close relationship with Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and the great affection he had for them.
