Chan Yui Chong of Hong Kong SAR won the gold medal in the Women's Individual Foil Category B of the Wheelchair Fencing event at the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games on September 14, 2008. China's Yao Fang and Ye Hua took the silver and bronze, respectively.
