A full list of named al-Qaeda members first discovered in Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan has been published, the Daily Telegraph reported.

The list, dated Aug. 7, 2002, carries a total of 170 names with bin Laden himself registered at No. 1.

The files reveal the network members' statuses, including those who have been killed or captured, and those who chose to give up the struggle and "returned home."

According to the files, bin Laden expressed concern over "unnecessary civilian casualties," but remained focused on attacking Americans with plots to kill U.S. leaders till the end.

據英國《每日電訊報》報道，從奧薩馬·本拉登在巴基斯坦藏身處發現的一個完整的“基地”組織成員名單，目前已被出版。

這份日期為2002年8月7日的名單，記載了170多個成員姓名，本拉登排在第一個。

“基地”組織成員們的情況，也在文件中有所體現，這些人中有已經死亡或被捕的，還有選擇放棄斗爭“告老還鄉”的。

據文件顯示，本拉登對“沒有必要的平民傷亡”表示了關注，但一直專注攻擊美國人民，也有計劃殺害美國領導人，斗爭到底。
