Doing just 15 minutes of moderate exercise a day may add three years to your life, a study in Taiwan has found, Reuters reports. 據路透社報道,臺灣研究表明,每天做15分鐘適量運動可以多活3年。

Most people struggle to stick to the general guideline of exercising 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and experts hope that by defining a lower standard, more people will be motivated to get off the couch.

大多數人一直努力堅持每周鍛煉5天,每天鍛煉30分鐘。然而專家希望通過降低標準、減少運動量,來鼓勵更多的人離開舒適的沙發,積極鍛煉身體。
