　　A. 投訴信

　　信頭：

　　信末：

　　1. Unless you take prompt action to correct the car's defects or refund the purchase price in full, I will be forced to take legal action.

　　3. I will have to refer this matter to my attorney.

　　4. I urge you to reconsider your consideration.

　　5. I hope we can work something out to our mutual benefit.
