據《華西都市報》報道，四川省成都市一名10歲小女孩每天在路燈下練習芭蕾，已經成為街頭一景，吸引了眾多路人眼光。女孩名叫姚啟鳳，自小就愛跳舞，但她家庭經濟能力無法送她去常規舞蹈班。姚啟鳳曾經短暫參加過芭蕾班，在那里她僅用1年的時間就取得了芭蕾4級證書，而一般人需要3年。為了省錢，之后她退了班，通過DVD教程學習，并在路燈下練習。小姚希望明年能夠考上解放軍藝術學院，因為考上可以免學費，并且實現自己的夢想。

中國棄申2026世界杯

China drops bid for 2026 World Cup

China has dropped the option to bid for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, Lianhe Zaobao reports. AFC President Mohamed Bin Hammam confirmed the news, quoting Wei Di, chief of the China Football Association. Boy stung to death by wasps

A 3-year-old boy in Guangzhou was stung to death by wasps on Saturday while on a fishing trip with his grandparents, Guanghzou Daily reports. While he was playing by the riverbank, a swarm of wasps attacked him and his grandmother. They were rushed them to a nearby hospital, but the boy died after four hours of treatment; the grandmother remains hospitalized. Supposedly, the boy suffered more than 100 stings on his head.
