A swimsuit design contest kicked off in Huludao, Liaoning Province on June 13 and professional and amateur designers nationwide are welcome to compete.
The contest, which will last until August 17, is part of the Xingcheng Swimsuit Culture Festival and is organized by the National Garment Association, Liaoning Economy and Information Committee and the local government.
