Basketball hurricane is going to sweep the summer Beijing

Stankoviic Continental Championship is launched by FIBA, CBA and Beijing Sport Bureau, and generalized by the Beijing Asia Sports & Culture radiating company limited. This Championship gets together the best national basketball teams of Five Continents., and the highest level basketball game conducted by the FIBA in China. This Championship is found in order to commemorate the long-term contribute by Predecessor FIBA Secretary-general Mr.Stankovic for the international basketball and China sporting enterprise, and named Stankovic Continental Championship.

The games will come off ceremoniously from 26th to 31st July 2005 in Beijing Capital Gymnasium. During the game time, European Champion Team Lithuania, Oceania Champion Team Australia, African Champion Team Angola, American Runner-up Team Porto-Rico, 2004 Olympics Basketball Champion Team Argentina, Asia Champion Team China, the best basketball teams will fight for the Final Destination.
