Yan Xianru, an expert of termite prevention and control, wipes out termites for an ancient camphor tree with 1,700 years' history in Putian City of southeast China's Fujian Province, July 30, 2009. A big number of ancient trees including camphor trees, litchis, yew trees, etc. in Putian have been facing deadly disease and insect damages in recent years.
