White tiger mother, cubs make public appearance

White tiger Rong Rong, 11, makes a public appearance with three of tiger cubs which were born on September 6 this year at a zoo in Jinan, east China's Shandong Province October 23, 2007. Rong Rong has given birth to 37 cubs, of which 31 survived.
