North China to see snow and rain in next three days
Adjust font size:

Much of north China will see drizzle, moderate rain and snow with temperatures dropping by 4 to 6 degrees centigrade in the next three days, the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) forecasted Wednesday.

The state weather observatory said rain and snow would hit many northern areas, including the northwestern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the northern Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with lower temperatures brought by strong winds.

It also forecast fog and heavy haze pervading many parts of southern China as well as Beijing and Tianjin would last through Thursday, with some areas experiencing low visibility of 500 to 1,000 meters.

Experts with the CMA warned that the public to take care in such conditions.
