Fishing vessels recalled as typhoon Hagupit nears

Frontier defense soldiers help fishermen reinforce boats in precaution against Hagupit, the 14th typhoon to affect China this year, in Zhangzhou City, southeast China's Fujian Province, Sept. 23, 2008.
