Si Shui Liu Nian: One of the many bars along the North bank of the Pearl River. The decor is basic and nothing to comment about other than the large waterfall cascading down the back wall. A large second floor with a separate bar overlooks the dance floor.
A DJ plays both Chinese and English tunes or whatever else customers want to hear from 8pm to 2am. In front of the falls is a large stage hosting a song and dance performance nightly from 10:30pm to 12:30pm.
Beers include Tsingdao and Budweiser around 130 RMB a doz with free snacks. H/H is from 8pm to 10:30pm.

Hot Biz: There is only one word for this place-Cool! Seating on two floors with private booths in the two corners over the stage. Check out the huge modern style mural on the back wall as you walk up the stairs.
They are still auditioning for a live band, but they should have them on stage soon. In the mean time, enjoy the DJ cranking out the hip-hop music until 10pm when the tunes shift to popular Western music.
The bartender won third place for the best cocktails in the Pearl Delta and offers a cocktail show at 11pm. He serves up the Alabama Slammer, The Wall and Blue Bird all at 38 RMB. Shooters include Brain Hemorrhage, Fire Ball and more with each glass at 20 RMB or a doz at 180 RMB. A bottle of Sol, Bydweiser, Carlsberg, Guinness, Heineken or Tsingdao can be had for around 30RMB.
