Crowne Plaza North Beijing, the first five-star resort in Beijing's suburban district, opened for business last week.
Located in Huilongguan, Changping District, the 51,958-square-metre resort offers a dining, accommodation and entertainment facility for visitors, encompassing such famous scenic spots as Badaling Great Wall, Shisanling Tombs (Ming Tombs) it is also a meeting and training centre for business affairs.
About 25 kilometres away from the North Third Ring Road, the hotel's location aims to be convenient for traffic. It lies 20 metres west of the Badaling Highway. A half-hour drive from the Great Wall, the resort is also within easy reach of the Summer Palace and the Ming Tombs.
City shopping and sightseeing is conveniently accessible by light rail and subways .
