Weekly Weather Forecast (May 22 to 28)

Northwest China: May 22 to 23, northern Xinjiang will be overcast with light rain with force 4 to 6 northerly winds, while the southern Xinjiang Basin will have floating dust. May 23 to 24, eastern sections of the region will meet light to moderate rainfall or showers with floating dust in western and central Gansu and northern Shaanxi. May 25, southeastern sections of the region will be overcast with light rain or showers while the remainder sections will be under sunny to cloudy skies. May 26 to 27, most of the region will be sunny to cloudy. May 28, northern Xinjiang and southeastern sections of the region will be overcast with light rain or showers.

 

North China: May 22, southern sections will be overcast with light rain or showers. May 23 to 24, central and western Inner Mongolia will have force 4 to 6 westerly or southerly winds with floating dust in some areas. May 25 to 26, most of the region will be overcast with light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy rain in some places, while some of Inner Mongolia and northern Hebei Province will see dusty weather. May 27 to 28, most of the region will be cloudy to sunny.

 

Northeast China: May 22 to 24, most of the region will be sunny to cloudy. May 25 to 26, central and southern sections will meet force 4 to 6 southerly winds with light to moderate rain or showers expected in western and northernmost sections. May 27 to 28, most of the region will experience light to moderate rain or shower with possible heavy rain in some areas, accompanied by force 4 to 6 southerly or northerly winds.

 

Central China: May 22 to 23, most of the region will see light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy to stormy rain in some areas, accompanied by occasional lightning storms, strong winds and possible hail. May 24 to 25, central and southern sections will be overcast with light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rainfall expected in some places, while northern sections will see cloudy skies. May 26 to 28, most of the region will experience another precipitation with occasional lightning storms, strong winds expected in some areas.

 

East China: May 22 to 23, most of the region will receive light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy to stormy rain in some areas, accompanied by occasional lightning storms, strong winds and possible hail. May 24 to 25, central and southern parts will continue to have light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rain in some places. May 26 to 28, most of the region will receive another precipitation with occasional lightning storms, strong winds expected in some areas.

 

South China: May 22 to 24, most of the region will have light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy rain in some places. May 25 to 26, western and northern parts will have light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy rain in some places. May 27 to 28, most of the region will meet light to moderate rain or thundershowers with heavy to stormy rain in some areas, accompanied by occasional lightning storms, strong winds and hail. 

 

Southwest China: Eastern parts will be dominated by overcast skies with frequent rainfalls. May 22 to 24, eastern Tibet and eastern parts of the region will meet light to moderate rain or showers, while some of eastern Sichuan and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will have heavy to stormy rain with occasional lightning storms and strong winds. May 25 to 26, the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will get light to moderate rain or showers with heavy rain or rainstorms possible in some places. May 27 to 28, eastern parts will meet another precipitation.
