Weekly Weather Forecast (July 4 to 10)

Northwest China: July 4 to 6, western and northern Xinjiang will see light rainfall, while southern and eastern Qinghai Province, southern and eastern Gansu and central and southern Shaanxi will appear showers or thundershowers with heavy rain or storms expected in some areas. July 7 to 9, northern Xinjiang will have light to moderate rain. July 8 to 10, eastern sections of the region will meet thundershowers or moderate to heavy rain with storms possible in some areas.

 

North China: July 4 to 5, southern and eastern sections will get thundershowers or light to moderate rain, while the remainder parts will be sunny to cloudy. July 6 to 7, most of the region will be dominated by sunny to cloudy skies with high temperatures. July 8 to 10, most parts will continue to see thundershowers or light to moderate rain with heavy rainfall in some areas, accompanied by temporary lightning storms, strong winds or even hail.

 

Northeast China: July 4 to 6, most of the region will experience thundershowers or light to moderate rain with heavy rain in some places, accompanied by temporary lightning storms, strong winds or even hail. July 7 to 10, most parts will continue to receive thundershowers or light to moderate rain with heavy rain or storms expected in some areas, accompanied by temporary lightning storms, strong winds or even hail.

 

Central China: July 4 to 7, most of Henan and western and northern Hubei will meet moderate to heavy rain with heavy to stormy rainfall or even torrential rain expected in some areas, accompanied by temporary storms, strong winds or even hail. Most of Hunan Province will appear sultry weather with temperatures up to 35-38 Celsius degree. July 8 to 10, northern and western parts will meet another precipitation with heavy or stormy rainfall expected in Henan, Hubei and northern and western Hunan. Southern parts of Hunan Province will continue to be hot. 

 

East China: July 4 to 7, areas north of the Yangtze River will fall thundershowers or moderate to heavy rainfall, while southern Shandong Peninsula and some of central and northern Jiangsu and Anhui provinces will experience heavy rain to storms, with cloudburst possible in some areas, accompanied by temporary lightning storms, strong winds or even hail. Areas south of the Yangtze River will appear to be muggy with highest temperature up to 35-38 Celsius degree or even 39-40 Celsius degree in some places. July 8 to 10, middle and northern sections of the region will continue to see thundershowers or light to moderate rainfall with heavy to stormy rain expected in some areas. Southeastern sections will be under sunny to cloudy skies with high temperatures.

 

South China: July 4 to 6, most of the region will be muggy with highest temperatures up to 35-39 Celsius degree, while coastal areas in southern Guangxi Province and Hainan Island will meet showers or thundershowers. July 7 to 8, most of the region will be dominated by sunny weather with high temperatures. July 9 to 10, western and southern portions will have showers or thundershowers, while the remainder portions will be sunny to cloudy.

 

Southwest China: July 4 to 7, most parts will see light to moderate rain or thundershowers, while some of southeastern Tibet, Sichuan Basin and northern and western Yunnan Province will appear heavy to stormy rain. July 8 to 10, eastern parts will continue to see overcast and rainy days with heavy rain to rainstorms expected in some areas.
