Weekly Weather Forecast (Apr. 18 to 24)

Northwest China: April 18 to 20, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds with dust weather possible in some areas. The temperatures will drop as the cold front passes. April 21 to 22, most of the region will be sunny to cloudy with warmer temperatures. April 23 to 24, western and northern Xinjiang will be overcast with light rainfall or snow.

North China: Affected by streams of cold air on April 18, most of the region will be under overcast skies with rain showers expected in some parts, accompanied by force 3 to 5 southerly winds, then force 4 to 6 northerly winds. Dust winds will hit some areas, while northeastern parts of Inner Mongolia will see heavy snowfall to snowstorms. April 19 to 20, northeastern parts of Inner Mongolia will continue to receive heavy snow, while most of the north will be cloudy to sunny with force 4 to 6 northerly winds and a drop in temperature. April 21 to 22, most of the region will see sunny to cloudy days with warm temperatures, while morning fog is expected in the plains. April 23 to 24, most of north China will enjoy sunny days.

Northeast China: April 18, most of the region will be cloudy to sunny with force 3 to 5 southerly winds, accompanied by dust winds in some of the southern portions. April 19 to 21, affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will get light rainfall or snow, while some of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces will meet moderate to heavy snowfall with snowstorms expected in some places. Temperatures will fall as the cold front passes. April 22, most of the northeast will be cloudy to sunny with light rain or snowfall expected in easternmost portions. April 23 to 24, most of the region will be cloudy to sunny with temperatures rising.

Central China: April 18, most of the region will receive light to moderate rainfall, while sections of southern Hubei Province and northern Hunan Province will see heavy rain. April 19 to 20, most of the region will be overcast to cloudy. April 21, most of the region will see cloudy to sunny weather with probable morning fog. April 22, southern portions of Hunan Province will be overcast with occasional showers. April 23 to 24, most of the region will be sunny to cloudy with morning fog.

East China: April 18, most of the region will be overcast with force 3 to 4 southern winds, accompanied by possible light rain in the western sections. April 19, northern sections of the region will have rain showers, while southern sections will receive light to moderate rainfall. April 20 to 21, most of the east will see cloudy to sunny weather with morning fog. April 22, the southern portion of the region will be overcast with light rain. April 23 to 24, most of the east will be sunny to cloudy.

South China: April 18 to 20, most of the region will be overcast with rain showers in some areas. April 20 to 21, most of the region will be cloudy to overcast with morning fog expected. April 22, western and northern parts will be overcast with rain showers expected. April 23, most of the region will be cloudy to overcast. April 24, western parts of the region will be cloudy with light rain.

Southwest China: April 18 to 19, eastern Tibet and the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will see light to moderate rain. April 20 to 21, eastern Tibet, western Sichuan and northern Yunnan will continue to have light rainfall. April 22, the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau will be overcast with rain showers. April 23 to 24, light rain will continue to fall in eastern Tibet, southern Sichuan Province and northern Yunnan Province.
