The China Study Center in Nepal has published four books on China, President of the center Madan Regmi told Xinhua on Friday.

The four books published last December are "10 Days in Tibet", "Tibet: Towards Change", "A Window to China" and "Concerning the Taiwan Question and Reunification of China".

"10 Days in Tibet", authored by Ganga Prasad Uprety, covers the writer's experiences and observations on a 10-day visit to China as a member of the Center's visiting team three years ago.

The book sheds light on the Tibetan art, culture and literature, the education system, tourism, the Nepalese people living in Tibet, development of language, Sigatse city and Khasa bazaar.

"Tibet: Towards Change" is a collection of travelogue and articles by five members of a visiting delegation of the center.

The book "Concerning the Taiwan Question and Reunification of China" dwells on the historical basis establishing Taiwan as the inalienable part of China and the dual role of some Western countries on the Taiwan question.

"A Window to China", a book by Bisheshwarman Shrestha, contains factual information about the political system in China and the amazing economic growth achieved by China.

The China Study Center, Nepal-China Non-governmental Cooperation Forum, has published more than 20 books on the history and contemporary topics related to China in the Nepali language since it was established in 1999. There are 55 scholars working in the headquarters of the center.
