A suicide bomber detonated inside an Internet cafe in Morocco's northwestern city of Casablanca on Sunday night, killing himself and wounding four others after he found himself confronted over visiting a militant website, Moroccan officials said on Monday.
 
The blast happened at around 10 PM on Sunday after two men entered an Internet cafe in a Casablanca suburb and tried to access radical website. The son of the café owner stopped them from doing so, upon which one of the men detonated explosives he was carrying.

The dead man has not yet been named since neither he nor his companion were carrying identity papers, an Interior Ministry spokesman announced on Monday.

No claim has been made for the bombing but the other wounded suspect was arrested after initially fleeing the café.

Casablanca was rocked by a string of suicide bombings in 2003, which claimed the lives of around 45 people. Since then, the Maghreb country has cracked down on extremists, arresting hundreds of suspects.
