He Guoqiang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, met Monday with Miroslav Grebenicek, chairman of the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia, and his delegation.  

He, also a member of the Secretariat and head of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, said China and Czech enjoy traditional friendship. The increase of friendly exchanges between the two sides in the new century accords with fundamental interests of the two peoples and is conducive to world peace and stability, he noted.

CPC is willing to enhance cooperation with the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia as part of the efforts to promote bilateral relations between China and Czech.
