Chinese President Hu Jintao and Colombian President Alvaro Uribe have exchanged messages of congratulations on Monday, marking the 25th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries. Both leaders spoke positively about the progress of bilateral relations and pledged to strengthen cooperation in the political, economic and cultural fields.
